Hello Folks,
Just downloaded my FS9 and the framerate is horrible about 1 frame every 5 seconds, minimized my settings in many ways same response every time, Previously everything ran smoothly with similar settings, I just don't know, maybe I should delete FS9 and reload again? 
This is my current system information.

definitely reload Camejo. You should be getting around 20-30 FPS with those stats...

but make it a clean install,remove everything related to fs9.So in basic remove the whole fs9 folder and start again .
Have you also installed the fs9 update?????

my suggestion is a clean format of your hard drive and go from there.
if you have imaging software, that would be best, to make some images as you go of properly running setups.

I kinda have the same problem, i get better FPS in FSX than in FS9, but the thing is i got FS9 the bad way

In response to the question by Wil De Boer, yes I did install the FS9 update, uninstalling fs9 as I speak and will get back to all on the response.

Update at 10:00am local,31august2010.
My third reload of FS9 default, Running smothly for 15seconds,it's beautiful to see and then suddenly stops for 6seconds continues again for another 15seconds then repeats the same over and over again. I'm begining to think one of my FS9 disc probably is damaged, a problem with my system or both.  No flying for me for quite a while with Delta VA till I get this probem fixed.

A note of thanks to all who came to support me with my problem. Returned to Windows 7 Ultimate, PROBLEM SOLVED.  Will commence flying soon. Last time I saw my old Windows XP it was sliding down the chute.....good riddance.
