Will adding more aircraft to my hangar effect the performance of my computer or will it only come into play when I use them ? Will sitting in hangar have any effect if I have plenty of hard drive space. Will memory only come into play when I take and use one?I would like to add some payware plenty of hard drive for it, but not sure about the above question. Thanks.

I'm operating on theory only here, but I don't think it will have an impact on performance provided you have the space, as you mentioned, AND you do periodic disk defrags to keep everything on your hard drive in order. I would think the only case when something might impact performance would be if there was some piece of bad code from one of those add-ons that was instantiated and run every time FS was booted. This doesn't seem very likely to happen though.

I've never noticed any difference in performance by having almost nothing installed versus a full installment.
The only thing you will notice is that it takes much longer time to load FS with a 1000 things on it compared to if you have like 10.
