Any reason why all of a sudden every time I get into flight sim just for about 5 minutes it gets a fatal error and shuts down .This happened once in awhile before very rare .Now it is doing it every time i run it .

Does it crash regardless of which plane you are flying? Looks like the problem is with a PMDG .dll. Uninstall any PMDG planes that you have and then run FSX to see if the problem goes away. An uninstall/reinstall is a cure a lot of the time.

im having the same problem and i dont have the pmdg i was doing a flight today from phx to mem and i was about to land and it happened so i shut everything own rebooted then started a new flight after take off it happened again.. it also takes my sim forever to launch

I had this problem when I was running FSX it turned out to be Ultimate Traffic 2007 uninstalled and reinstalled things were fine after that.

again i dont have that either but however i restarted my sim and didnt use squawkbox and it ran fine so that might be the problem, but thanks for your help and roger i hope that helps you too.

OK I think my problem is solved. If you look at my post with the fatal error problem signature you will see it said pmdg sound well I had a problem with my head set and unplugged it and put it back a couple times and the more I thought about it this might have been the problem. I used another head set and no more problem. So that is where i am at .I know it seems strange but it worked for me .Thanks for all the input .Just thought I would pass this along.
