i have an questin abou the Dep and arr times of DVA, and other real airlines

are this times the times where you should leave the gate or the time you should takeoff, at the moment i always takeoff at this times.

If I'm correct, they're recorded as what's known as Block Time (the time you depart the gate to the time you arrive to the gate).

Yes. There is Block Time and Block Hour:

Block Time - Period from initial movement of an aircraft under its own power until parking at the destination.

Block Hour
Time from the moment the aircraft door closes at departure of a revenue flight until the moment the aircraft door opens at the arrival gate following its landing. Block hours are the industry standard measure of aircraft utilization
