Im trying to get into the A320 program flying the wilco airbus. Anyone know where i can find a detailed tutorial on how to operate it realistically. I find a good one only thing is its not in english. If there is a way to translate it that would be great too.

The manual is a good start. Other than that, FS2Crew has realistic checklists that you can follow.
