I have been trying to use SB4 with FSX and i have had a few problems. One of these problems is I'm unable to see other planes in my area. They just don't appear and i cannot see other pilots listed. Another problem that happens is it often crashes my sim. Any words of advice or should i just retire the FSX online and just fly FS9 for online flights.
(PS I cannot stand FSINN i cannot get it to work right and i just don't like the way it works...)

I installed SB4 for my FSX and had the same problem, I had to do a system restore back to before I installed it and have not re-installed it. Not a single problem since. Sorry for the negative answer, but I'm just giving you a starting point. May be a bad, incompatible program.

I also had problems, so i just reinstalled Squawkbox, FSX and all related FS stuff and after that FSX and SB$ worked perfectly.
