I checked the box to make my last flight a Check Ride for the CRJ program. The flight report was approved, but it still says I haven't completed the check ride. Does this mean I didn't pass the check ride, or that portion just hasn't been approved?

Checking the box in ACARS doesn't make it a checkride. You need to go into the Pilot Center and request a CR either under Switch Equipment Programs or Request Additional Ratings. A CR will then be assigned to you (assuming you passed the written portion).

I requested the additional rating on 12/6 and have passed the written portion:

"On 12/06/2010, you have requested additional equipment type ratings in the CRJ-200 program. CLICK HERE to withdraw this Transfer Request."

How do I request the check ride?
