I've noticed that the Glide Scope on the CRJ-200 never activates. For example, I know the ILS runway is equipped with it (KATL 26R). The localizer activates but the glide scope never does... Is this a known issue with this plane?

Also, I believe that you need to be below the glideslope when you press the APP button. This will intercept the glideslope from below and capture it for your ILS approach. I think that this is required for all of our fleet birds.
