You edit pictures with whatever editor you want. In the Documents section there is a great tutorial on picture editing.
You can post pics one of threee ways. The first is to upload directly from your computer. The picture has to meet certain dimensions and size requirements. If it's too big, you will get an error message.
The second is to use an online hosting system such as Photo Bucket. You upload your photos(s) there, and choose the link and past it into the thread area
This picture shows the areas that you do the direct upload from, or add a url to a linnked picture. If you add it one of these ways, you will also see it in the IMAGES thread.
If you paste it directly into the thread - like I have done, you will see it here. You do this with the "[IMG]" around the image location
