I've been reading about the new nvidia (evga) drivers. I have a evga GTX 275 using driver 1.9621 tweaked via nHancer. Things look pretty good, but I always want better. Does anyone know if there'd be much to gain by going to the newer 260.99 driver and tweaking via Nvidia Inspector? I mainly fly FS9 but sometimes use FSX. My system is i7-920 oc'd to 4.0., 6gb of Corsair Dominator RAM on an Asus P6T motherboard. My screen is a Samsung 22". Also, I use a lot of add-ons (Ultimate Terrain, GEX, AS6.5, payware airports and aircraft). I will say that I tried other drivers in the past, but none seemed to work as well as the 1.96 with my GTX 275. So, any thoughts or comments on using a new driver with my card, or should I leave well enough alone? Thanks!

You didn't mention what your typical framerate is. If its in the 20's or above, I would leave it as is.

The frame rates are well above 20 with most everything maxed out (FS9). Not too much blur and virtually no "jaggies". My sig comes from a screenshot.

Well... FS9 won't even begin to tax that video card from my experience. If it ain't boke, don't fix it but I can tell you that the new drivers and Nvidia Inspector work great together so you probably can't do any worse by upgrading the drivers.

I just upgraded mine for the GTX260 and they do seem to be a bit smoother than the 18x.xx driver I was using. I was also having an issue where the video card would, for lack of a better word, re-start when in heavy clouds. So far with the new driver I have not had this happen. I also like inspector much better than nHancer.
