Hi guys,
I have recently joined DVA and are currently during my first flight. But I got a few questions.

1. How is flight time calculated in DVA. Is it from brake released to brakes set or from the time you commence take-off to wheels on ?.
2. Is it possible to to the weight in Metric. I tried in ACARS to load 31400 LBS, but is constantly kept 25000LBS.

Best regards

Peter Lund

I don't know about the weight thing Peter, but I can tell you that when you file a PIREP at the end of your flight, both your flight time and total time of the flight is logged.

I believe the overall timer runs from clicking Start Flight through clicking End Flight (not including time paused). Like Denny said, though, ACARS also tracks time in the air too.
