Looking at this image just taken from FSX, can anyone tell me what is causing these green spirals to appear? I have an ATI 5770 1GB with REX running. Any idea how to get these to go away? It just started happening. I hate to get rid of REX because of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

It is a thermal. Go to options and deselect the "thermal view" or something like that.

Those are used in FSX for gliders, if you go to where your logbook in FSX and click on missions, in the beginning few you will see one for learning gliders. There you can learn more about them
