Sal,

If you have the Dell Vostro 200 "Full Size Tower" Then all of these cards would work fine. You may need to upgrade your power supply as well (these cards require a minimum of 450W power supply).

The best of the three is GTX 460 1GB GDDR5, Followed by GTX 460 SE, and in last is the GTX 460 768MB GDDR5.

I currently have the 1GB GDDR5 and it was worth every penny.

If you have a slim tower or a mini tower the cards you listed will not work because of their size.

I used a Dell Vostro 200 Full size to look up the specs you listed.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Which flight simulator are you running? If you're trying to get better performance for FSX, you might look into a better processor, or overclocking your current processor, first. FSX is very processor-intensive, bringing even moderately good systems to their knees. Upgrading or overclocking the processor will greatly improve performance.
In terms of video cards, you could look into getting a second 9800 card installed, and enabling SLI (dual graphics cards). Make sure it's the same clock speeds and memory size as the first card, and if possible the same brand. This will maximize performance. If you do it right, the graphics driver will basically make the two cards work together as one card that is much more powerful than the original card. (There are several tutorials online on how to set this up properly.) If you don't do it right, the system will show them as two separate cards. Since FSX (and FS2004) only use one graphics card, you might as well not have the second one.
If I'm wrong on any of this, correct me please.

The mini Dell Tower has several cards available I will post more as soon as I get the specs A pretty decent one is
http://www.amazon.com/XFX-PCI-Express-CrossFireX-Display-HD577XZMF3/dp/B003YL0WPU

The options Jacob are also possibilities, FSX(and possibly FS2004 are CPU Hungry programs (similar to how Windows Vista is RAM Hungry). I will let you know by Tuesday What solutions I can find for you.

I bought the GTX 460. So far I have realized very little difference between it and the HD4650 that I replaced. I have found very little help as to setting it up for FSX and the best I have seen out of the card is the default settings along with some tips from Jesus Altuve. These tips were for the FSX configuration file only. The card can be cooked (that's what I call overclocking) and the only setting I have increased, so far, has been the "Graphics Clock" speed. It is set, by default, at 650 so I bumped it up to 800. A couple hundred bucks is a lot these days so I would advise you to really do your home work before buying anything.
