I was wondering if anyone has X-Plane and would be able to compare it to MSFS, and be able to tell me if my computer would be able to handle it well. It meets the system requirements, but would it work nicely?

Windows XP
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz
2.99 GHz, 1.50 GB of Ram

I do plan to upgrade the RAM, currently my laptop has double that amount. smile

I'd download the demo if I were you. I seem to recall x-plane not running very well when I had my Pentium 4, it really benefits from having a multi-core processor. Other than that X-Plane is a great sim. I use it mostly for tooling around in GA planes, especially since Carenado started developing for it. Not much in terms of high quality heavy metal though (PMDG, LEVELD style).
