Hi,

It's taking me a while to get started up at DVA, but now after my first flight I've downloaded and tried to run ACARS. I put in my ID and Password but this pops up.

DVA ACARS has encountered the following error:

The following error occurred while attempting to connect to the ACARS server:

It is Thursday January 20 2011 05:49:55. Your system clock is set to Friday January 21 2011 11:51:24 NSWT (68489 seconds off)

Note: my clock and date is set at the right time. So is there a solution to this very annoying problem. I am also at GMT+11.

Try running ACARS as administrator

Click on the system clock and do an update. I had a problem with ASE the other day that told me that my system clock was wrong

Your date is NOT correct. Last time I checked, Australia wasn't a full day ahead of GMT.

hmmmmmmmm, after having a look all this time my GMT was set to -8 dont know why. But its all sorted and ACARS is working!
