How do I go about transferring to, or requesting additional ratings in, the A380 program? Currently a Captain in the 772 program.

It is an additional rating with the 747 (?) rating. It *might*be with the 777 program but I'm pretty sure it's 747.
Only AFVA has a dedicated A380 program.
Just request the rating, because you are rated on the 747 and 777, so you can get it by just asking.

The 747 is part of the 747 type rating. As James pointed out you can request the rating thru the Pilot Center. You will need to pass the 747 checkride to earn the rating.

the A380 comes with both 747 and 777 ratings, just email Lionel or Oliver, and theyll add it for you since you are already 777 rated.
