Sometimes whenever I go to create a flight in the Flight Planner FS9 crashes. It usually happens after I click find route, or click route via VORs, high altitude, etc. Does anybody else have the same problems???????

In case you're not sure how to find that, go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application.

You will see a list of recent errors one of which must be fs9.exe. Click on it and it tells you what caused it to crash (for me it's usually module, a .dll file).

If it is because of a dll file, try removing or reinstalling it.

Ok did a search and found you the answer. Go to flight simulator folder in my documents and erase the default flight. Redraft and allow FS9 rebuild the file

Christian you need to go to your Documents\Flight Simulator Files folder and look for the all files that have the .flt and .wx and delete them. From the research I did it is a problem is caused a damaged .flt file. try that and let us know
