First of all, please use periods. They'll make what you're trying to say much easier to read.

There's no need to throw away your quadrant. I don't have any registered versions of FSUIPC and my quadrant works fine. Try setting it up directly though the FS menu and not through any other party.

Hi George, here's how I do it using Reg FSUIPC, this allows for separate throttles per engine:
1. Go to Axis Assignemt tab
2 Move throttle you want to calibrate/assign
3. Where is says 'type of action required' check 'Send direct to FSUIPC Calibration' and then select Throttle 1 in the drop down menu.
4 Go to 'Joystick Calibration Tab' and go to page 3 'Separate Throttles Per Engine'. Throttle 1 should have (direct) after it. Calibrate your throttle here.
5 Rinse and repeat for throttle 2

I also check 'No reverse zone' as I use the small detent at the lower range of the saitek quad to assign a button press (F2 in this case) for reverse thrust. Using this method you can also sync pos if your throttles are slightly out of whack.

HTH

Alan
