I have seen several people's pictures showing their flight deck setup. Some of them have 2 throttle's hooked up to their yokes. The yoke only has 1 plug in for the throttle (looks the sames as the old PS/2). If you have 2 connected how are you connecting the 2nd one?

The stand along throttle quads are USB .... simply plug it into the computer.

I read somewhere that if you use the USB on the yoke itself the USB board inside will fail as it would then be pulling too much current to power the yoke and two throttle quads. I don't recall where I read this at...some forum out there I presume.

That is what happened to my first yoke, so I bought a new set this time I won't use the onboard usb board. Thanks for the info, but the first throttle I got is the PS/2 connection, I may see if i can find a ps/2 to usb converter.

Mine has a PS/2 connection as well. This is very interesting since I had to purchase a new yoke last year.
