okay so fs9 works for the whole flight, and then after I land FS9 crashes. The sound goes out then FS9 runs for about 10 more seconds and then windows gives me the error message. The sound only goes out if I switch views to the outside view. while I have the error message I can still move my joystick and the control surfaces on the airplane move, though windows restarts FS9. I have Windows vista. And I have just run into this problem. It usually crashes landing on airports with scenery installed. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Ill post the error message if it crashes again... I deleted random items/modules/scenery and its working well currently I finished two flights without crashing. Thanks for the help so far, much appreciated

I did some research and found the solution, turns out it was a faulty AI texture which made FE.DLL fail thus making my FS crash. I also did some tests and its working like a charm now that I replaced the textures.
