Yes. You can fly any aircraft on any route, assuming that it can make the trip. (For example, a CRJ200 probably can't make it from JFK to AMS)

Andrew has it partially correct. You may fly any aircraft as long as it can make the trip with safe fuel reserves, and you are rated to fly the aircraft.

Thank you, Andrew and Justin. I am rated for both the planes, infact, so I'll start to use these payware models, because the Wilco CRJ is highly unsatisfactory, especially in the use of FMC.
