so I had a problem with fs9 and had to reinstall after reinstall this came up and another popup about bglman.dll but want to solve this issue first then work on the other. any ideas on how to remove this?

No offense, but Russell, I really have trouble trying to understand what you have written.

Extract from a post found by Google search :
It's part of the copy-protection system ..... The sort of programs that trigger this are ones that scan your memory in an effort to read the data there; some products that claim to optimise your memory by re-ordering it and sorting it can also trigger this.

2 recommendations :

- Try running FS by right clicking fs9.exe and 'Run as Administrator'.
- Disable and close 'one-by-one' everything extra that is running in the background. Use task manager to see a list of running things and before closing just do a google search on what it does and can you turn it off.

To me it looks like, FS9 in trying to access certain applications / regions of memory which some other application is reserving, hence this message.
