I need or would like a faster operating system. I have an asus 750 gigs hd and 8 gigs of ram a 2 duo core system with a gt 220 gamer. can someone suggest a better system for me?
Price isn't really an issue, though don't want a big increase in spending.

price really isn't an issue. I have as I said a gt220 gamer card and I wish to upgrade my existing computer or buy another one. so I'm asking for advice. I use my computer for internet browsing and flight sim only I have another laptop besides what i'm on now that keeps my money stuff on.

Is this going to be for FSX or FS9? You have enough RAM and HD space. What CPU do you have? I see you put Core 2 Duo but whats the model ex: E6500.

Are you trying to run FSX or FS9? The CPU looks like it should be good, the weak point in that system looks to be the GT 220 video card. I would recommend upgrading your video card.
