I just got my computer back from the shop and it seems that some setting were changed. It looks like they took it upon themselves to update a driver or two and an updated web browser. It wouldn't be a big deal except now my AA setting that worked before are no longer effective. I have nHancer 2.5.7 as you can see in the photos. I'm running a eGeForce Nvidia GTS 8800 512 card with driver 258.96. I've checked some forums on the issue but the solutions that I found didn't work. Any ideas? FSX has the same issue now as well.

Art - I'm not an Nvidia user at the moment, but I used to be, I seem to remember that there was no support for Drivers beyond a certain version. Looking at the Nhancer website shows that the last Nhancer release was in May 2010, so anything that Nvidia have incorporated into their software after that date might not be catered for. There is a more recent program that does the same as Nhancer but the name escapes me - perhaps an Nvidia user could chime in.
