I've tried twice now to fly out of SEA TO PDX using fs9 iFLY.

While Programming the Arrival and Runway into the FMC, when I hit EXC it shuts the sim down right to the windows home screen with no errors.

Anybody seen or heard of this?

Well, that's a pretty good indicator that there's a problem with either the departure or arrival in the navdata. Give it an update, and try again tomorrow.
