I was like a kid with a shiny new toy in the box (two actually).

I couldn't even wait for the paint job.
The tips and tricks Kyle showed me did wonders for FSX as well, just took paying attention which I will do every now and then.

what tips and tricks did he show you, I have and I7 processor, 12 gig of memory and a Gigabit 580 GPU and still get 7fps in NYC email me or send me the line please.

Michael, most of what he lead me to is in that thread. It was NVidia Specific.
I'm sure there are the same kinds of settings for your graphics card, and after reading the thread Andy linked to, you'll know what to look for. I wish I could tell you more than that, but I'm still just applying what I've learned, and even though I am actively reasearching these thigs, I don't yet understand how these settings actually impacted the sim.

And yes, Justin. She's on her way to the paint hanger now. rawk

Interesting fact . . . It doesn't matter how hard you try, you can't add the paint for the 767 to the 767 with winglets.

I was goin' crazy trying to figure out what was going wrong. banghead

With the Level D problem, did you run the winglet paint installer and not the normal 767 paint installer? This seems to catch a lot of people.
