Hi guys, little ....... make that major hick up. Last night my Norton 360 ran out but thats was all good cause i had a new one year subscription on a disk ready to load up and fire away, i put it in and followed the instuctions on both the disk case and on screen, had to unintstall my old netbook edtion for it too work, so i did and after the restart my computer wouldn't show the disk and after awhile i found out the computer no longer thinks it had a disk driver! i then found out that the opticial Disk Driver dirver has corupted and i'm at a loss as what to do.
More bad news is that when my mum used the same disk on her computer IT DID IT on her computer as well! long story short she (with the help of the norton surport number lady person) managed to sort the whole drama out, (on mums computer, no one but me knows how to get into my computer) and now the computer is completly frozen, even after restarting etc.......nothing.
So.....lol any ideas on how to fix these? mum's getting help with hers tomorrow by the case manger fellew at the norton surrport place but i don't what happen to hers happen to mine cause i'm betting they'll follow the same path.
