Ok, my ongoing video card issues just might be resolved. I'm ditching the Nvidia 8800 GTX 512. I'm getting nothing but crashes, failures etc.. likely due to the new but bad driver. It seems to be beyond help. It even gets worse when I try to install and older but stable driver. So... I just bought a new XFX - ATI Radeon HD 6770 1GB DDR5. I'm sure it will be a step up from my old card... but I might need a little help setting up the card for MSFS being that I'm a total newbie to ATI. We'll see. Hopefully by tomorrow afternoon it will be installed. I had to get it installed by a computer shop because I can't even boot up my computer now. It immediately failes to the dredded "blue screen."
