I've updated my drivers to the latest and greatest, uninstalled and reinstalled both the card and the software and still have this problem.

Vista 32 bit
Radeon HD 5650

Anyone have the same problem? (Besides running Vista.)

The computer runs fine but my FS graphics are terrible.

Ive read several articles about this exact issue you are having, as a matter of fact I had the same issue. What did I do.... I bit the bullet and ponied up the cash to updgrade to Windows 7 64 bit. Your computer will always have issues running this card on a 32 bit operating system, let alone Vista.

I believe Michael is right, CCC HD graphics on a 32bit OS probably won't run correctly.
The upgrade prices for W7 really arn't that bad, plus you may get the power you wanted out of that ATI card. The booger is re-installing FS and the addons.
