I currerntly have the NVIDIA GEForce 460 video card. Sine I am going to 4 monitors I will have to install another dual video card. I was thinking about the GTX 480 Graphics Card as my second card but want to make sure it is compabitable with the 460 card.

I am also using a 650 watt power supply. Will this be difficult in hooking up, the cables for the 460 are coming right from the power supply and I dont see any other hoof ups for another video card. (I know that might be a stupid question)

You may wanna go for another power supply with a higher wattage rating when u r goin for two cards.. coz they say to conserve atleast 450W for one gfx card..

Anyone have any suggestions of the wattage required for a new power supply with 2 GeForce GTX 580 Superclocked 1536 MB GDDR5.

Why not just get yourself the Matox Dual or Triple Head digital? I have 5 monitors - 4 run off two digital Dual Matrox and one runs off a USB Video adaptor. Lot cheaper and works great.

hmm, never thought about that. I had someone tell me that unless you had two dual video cards for fsx, the sytem would lag. Not familiar with the Matrox dual. I looked it up online and there are two versions. an internal card and an external unit. Which one do you have?

Correction, I found this one this one (Matrox TripleHead2G) for $288 at CDW. I can run this this on my currrent GeForce GTX 460 video card without experiencing any lag, is that correct?
