Im guessing you mean like ground equipment and stuff like that? If so, AES is what your looking for(Costs): http://www.aerosoft.com/cgi-local/us/iboshop.cgi?showd,,D10333
Also, if you fly offline, try World of AI for traffic (Free). Those two programs will make the airport environment much better. And if you want better airport textures (and other textures) try Real Environment Pro (Free): http://www.flightsimworld.com/downloads/viewfile/1375.html

Hope that helps out!

Tom - if you are using FSX - Zinertek Airport Environment X http://www.zinertek.com/flightsimulator/airportenvironmentx.html spruces up all the defaults a bit. I think I bought it when I was playing around with FSX (which I'm doing again by the way - doing some serious OC on a Q6600) I'll see if I can do some before and after shots for you - if thats what your looking for that is!

Edit - there's some shots on Simmarket http://secure.simmarket.com/zinertek-ultimate-airport-environment-x.phtml

Edit Edit - Also if you search around Avsim etc you'll find lots of fellow FS'ers have done some cool stuff using Airport Design Editor - this includes vehicles, gates etc. It definately adds to the experience.
