Alright, I built my rig.

AMD Phenom II x6 1090T
MSI N460GTX Hawk Talon Attack
8GB RAM
700W Raidmax power supply w/ two 12V rails, each rated at 23.0A

I'm using FSX with My Traffic X. However, I am getting pretty low frames: my CPU is overclocked to about 3.8 Ghz, and the GPU is at around 810 Mhz on load. I am getting averages of 13 fps. FSX is running at about 92% visual settings, and I have Bujotes' FSX tweaks. Any help with these frames?

set ur FPS to unlimited in FSX and then use an external frame limiter..

Now, with a lack of instructions, how do you use it?

there should be two files in it.. open up the antilag file in notepad and change FPS limit= value to 30 save it

Then move both the dll file and the antilag file to your FSX root folder..

Like Saif said I have just two files : the antilag and the. dll....weird!

You need a program called WinRAR to open the file. You can download it here: http://www.win-rar.com/download.html

Once you do that, just follow these instructions: http://www.simforums.com/forums/external-fps-limiter_topic37713.html

Didnt work for me even after following direction andcreating the BAT file and double clicking it to open up FSX. Tried it twice. Hmmmm

Did you extract the file after you downloaded it? Right click on it and extract using WinRAR if you didn't. Then try creating a .bat from the newly extracted FPS_Limiter_GUI.jar. That's the only thing I can think of. Also make sure you extract it to the FSX main folder.

OK, so with some saying there should be <THESE FILES> and others saying there should be <THESE FILES>
So I'm confused as what I should have and use . . .

I'm anal about my system and what goes on to it, so that makes me like Detective Monk when it comes to this.

Why is there a difference? What is the Limiter I should be using? Who is the programer that's put this out?
