Hi, I've been researching this topic for ages knowing I'm getting a new computer. I'll be getting my pa's old desktop that's very powerful. I thought maybe I'd get some help here. I wanna transfer my FSX pay wares to my new computer from my laptop. Yet there's a issue, I have two houses. One will store my laptop with all the my FSX pay wares in it and the other at my other house. I wanna keep my pay wares on both computers though. All I need to transfer is the ifly 737 and lvld 767. I'm asking If I can just transfer the EXE files to the new computer and install them there. Or can someone explain to me how can use this flight1 wrapper to create a new installer EXE for the lvlc 767 and ifly 737. Domt worry, they are legal copies of the products. Also im wondering if I can install the same FSX disc on my new computer. Without uninstalling FSX on my old laptop? Please help. Thanks so much!

I know you can install FSX as you please as I have moved it around from three different computers all the time with no problem. I am thinking Flight1 will let you redownload onto the new comp. No idea about Ifly.

You will have to completely install your aircraft on the new computer in order to have it put the proper entries in the registry files, This is where gauges look for a legal licsence install. Plus there is 5 or 6 places files need to be installed. l. I'm not sure how many times or computers you can install FSX on after it has been registered. Though I have built a few computers and reinstalled on them with no problems. I have heard of folks calling MS and them activating a new liscence for FSX. Their not to concerned about FSX smile My advice would be to try it. "Its always easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission "

Okay thanks, so I should just move the EXE installers to the new computer?? Thats it? Because ive only installed the Ifly 737 and reinstalled it once. And the leveld 767 basically just once as well. So instead of moving the wrapper just move the EXE'S? That would be easier. PLus if FSX install on the new computert doesnt work, i can always buy a new one. They go for like 30-40 bucks.

When you talkk wrapper, I assume you mean Flight Ones wrapper and not Snoop Dog. It will be required to go out on the internet to retrieve the key code for the product. Unless you of course transfer the file containing the information. that gets complicated. just easier to run the wrapper.
