Must be part of DVA timetable/codeshares.. Your favorite route to fly?
Am looking for some fun routes to fly in the NGX, at airports like Madeira, Nice Cote d'Azur, etc..

I always loved LGA-BOS, but any one of the Hawaiian Airlines codeshares would be great. Also, JFK/ATL-SXM/SJU is always fun, or you could go LAX/SFO-HNL. LGA-ORD is great, too. I have a lot of routes that I like lol.

If your looking for fun airports to fly into, check out History Channel's "Most Extreme Airports." It was a interesting program to watch, but if you can't find it to watch heres a list of the airports mentioned: http://worldtravelandvacation.com/history-channels-%E2%80%9Cmost-extreme-airports%E2%80%9D/
Besides those, the river visual into DCA has always been one of my favorite approaches. Naturally Kai Tak is a very fun and challenging approach. Also LIRF is my favorite airport due to the SIDs and STARs... they really are amazing

I like KATL to KLGA,LMCO and KTPA they happen to be the routes I fly most often mainly because the 757 flies there a lot and it's also a good length flying time, add that to the fact that I prefer to do real time scheduled flights, these three routes come up more often than not

I agree wholeheartedly with Nicholas and Paul - going where I haven't been before is highly enjoyable, especially hand-flying visual approaches with strange weather, and so on. Due to my adventurous nature, I love to explore new destinations upon arrival with some VFR flying in some beat-up DHC-6 Twin Otter or whatnot (especially in the mountains).
My two "favorite" flights, however, are AM708 (MMMX-SKBO) and DVA673 Leg 2 (KATL-SEQU). Try 'em out for a fun challenge!

I always have fun in Alaska with the Juneau to Sitka hop. Great Fjords and super scenery! Fun flying in winter storms. Also, any airport that I haven't visited is always a fun flight! Love that list of unvisited airports in the pilot center Luke! Nice!

Long haul: JFK-LHR (and vice versa); AMS-PDX
Middle haul: LAX-JFK; LAS-JFK; SFO-JFK
Short haul: BUD-AMS; AMS-LHR (done it like 100 times with my old airline) - I don't like Delta's short haul flights, and I prefer the long-haul ones
I'll try something new with dangerous airports. I don't know why, but I was unable to complete even one ATL-SXM flight due to FSX's instability. (Now I have a 16GB pendrive and readyboost, so I'll try it tomorrow.)

Ever since I got Tileproxy working great, my favorite route so far has been LAX to Mammoth. Depart over the mountains north of LA into the wine country, cross taller mountains them just north of Mt Whitney, descend through the Mojave Desert and Owens Valley over Mammoth Lake with the mountains in the background. Then you can take out the 172 and fly up into Yosemite. Good stuff...

Also LIRF is my favorite airport due to the SIDs and STARs... they really are amazing ;)
I've tried the VNKT - VNLK trip before. Thankfully I was only flying a simulator. Haha.

So far in my limited experince, by far the most challenging STAR to fly by hand in the USA (no RNAV) is probably the Milton3 arrival into LGA. There are whole bunch of VOR's and turns and crossing altitudes and flying it by hand is quite a challenge. DTW-LGA is nice becuase the SID transitions right into the MIP3 STAR for LGA.

ATL to EVV (Evansville), my hometown. Using AFCAD2 and Rnwy12 Object Placer, I retrograded EVV back to it's earlier glory, before the 1998 upgrade with the new terminal and tower.
