I have this problem. When I take off I get to 150 knots which is usually the rotation speed and when I do that it does not go up until I reach the very end of the runway and usually I go off it before getting the wheels off. is this normal??

Also, you can see how your trim is set by paging to the proper view of the Multi-Function Display (where the engine gauges are shown) and use the buttons on the bottom right to page back and forth. I don't think the AOM explicitly tells you about the multiple pages (functions).

I had this same issue too and agree with scott, I usually set trim to where I have 3 ticks from the bottom left and it works like a champ

1. Put the trim about 3 quarters of the way down with 20 degrees of flaps.
2. Double check the gross weight of the aircraft. The default weight is excessive and beyond the MTOW.

The rotation speed should actually be more around 138 knots. Remember, never push the engines above 100% N1 as this damages them and is unnecessary for takeoff.
