Any idea what is causing this? I have done a fresh install of Win 7 64, updated all drivers, FSX, and addons including the Level D. Now this. I'm stumped.

you are running in windows mode?.... make the screen smaller then hit the full screen windowed mode not the Alt + Enter. leave it in windowed mode. I have that often if I change the window size. Let us know if that works.

Well the issues are gone. I took a look at my settings, made a few adjustments, and I found the sweet spot for an I5. FSX looks and runs beautifully!

I am not familiar with all the commands to do what you said. Could you tell me the keyboard commands to do that?

well if you are in windowed mode just click the little minimize button, make it smaller then full window then click the full window button.
