Food for thought...
Recently another VA was compermised when a former staff member was able to log in to the network and elevated his user account to change/delete upper management rolls/authorizations, some news items were deleted. This was a serious breech of security. That being said everyone needs to get into a habit of changing their passwords frequently. Also if you fly for different VA's you need to have different passwords.

I spent ALOT of time learning from the G6s of the Army.

John has a very good point, but I would add that no matter what the situation, I would make a habbit of changing passwords every three months, maybe even monthly depending on how anal you are. You never know when you've been breached, and people could be watching and waiting for the best time to slam you.
