I just got a new computer installed fsx and now it freezes! Do I need to reinstall or do you guys have any other ideas. (Windows 7 home premium 64 bit)

Adding to Mike - did you install Acceleration as well and the service packs? Acceleration contains SP2 so you don't want to install SP2 and then Acceleration

It com[letely crashes. I am running it as an administrator and I installed Acceleration.

Okay I will try to give as much info
-FSX starts up and works Great
-I have acceleration installed
-I take off and about 5 minutes later FSX crashes completely
-I shut off the computer and installed 43 Windows 7 updates so maybe thats my problem...

I use to get some error box about some memory moved. I was going to do a reinstall but somethign better happened. Put the orginal FSX CD in your drive. It should have either uninstall or repair. Try the repair. If any files got corupted it shoudl fix them and most other problems.
