so last night i decided to explore on fs9 options and settings. it was my first acars flight and i was wondering how to view the acars while flying.. i normally have the pause on task switch off and on maximum window mode. but as i asked one man on the acars serever, he said switch to windows mode by hitting alt+enter(default controls) And hey, looky there i have the acars and fs9 up and not paused. so im dialing in the next intersection to PIT and want to change views. so i hit 2 on my Saitek st 290pro,...but nothing happens. well normally on maximum mode, it would change. and if i hit S, it would change as well. but nothing was working. so i went into the view options screen and i select the view i want. it had appeared that through the next four minutes i figured out how to switch to a different view. but when i hit 2, it would change the sound from cockpit to spot, or vice-versa. the view wont change when i want it to... so, how do you guys that are in windows mode fly with acars on and fly FS while able to change views?
Also, im not sure what version my fs is so if any one would like to help on where to find it and how to upgrade it that would be great!!

well its a bit late now as of 20:44, but the acars didnt log my flight??? any reason for that?
