Hi guys, I am having an issues with over speeding with wind changes in FSX, does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this? thanks

The winds engine in FSX is terrible. Smoothing them out depends largely on what you're using for addons/weather. At the very least I suggest a registered copy of FSUIPC to smooth out the winds. I personally use ASE and have been very happy with it once it's been configured properly.
