FSX is crashing and it is telling 2 things, one encounterd fatel error, two FSX has ran out of avalibly memmory. is there anything I can do to fix these issues? thank you!

Turn your settings down. Kind of hard to diagnose without knowing more about your system as well. Are you using SP1 and 2 or Acceleration?

using Acceleration and as fare as my system I built it for this,(or I thought I did ha ha) running 4G's memory Quad Core with a Radeon HD 5750 I just bought a new hard drive the only thing on my system is the programs running for FSX and to let me fly online. so I dont know but any help is appriecated.

Use task manager to set fsx program priority to high if you haven't done so. Maybe look into adjusting the page file size also. Have you referenced the event viewer to attempt to determine what is causing the fatal error message? As Mr. Kaufmann has already suggested, more information could prove helpful to identifying the problem here.

Windows 7? 32 or 64 bit? I would run Windows 7 64 bit to eliminate the OOM's.
