I just started having this problem last night. I saved my flight as the default flight, shut down for the night, and went to bed. When I loaded this morning, I selected my last location to start a new flight. It said "loading scenery files" until about 59% then it keeps crashing. I have deleted the fs9.cfg file and reinstalled FS9. I can load a mission such as Wright Brothers flight but if I try to go to another airport from that flight it crashes again at 59%. What is going on? I have Windows 7 64 bit.

Do you have any add-on scenery? Or I'm guessing the flight wasn't saved properly.

I wouldn't save any flights and make it default.

I am in a flight now. Did another reinstall and started a flight with default resolution. I think it was my resolution settings.
