Early morning decent on ERLIN NINE.

Turning base to 27R.

So I've gotten FS9 performing pretty well. With pretty hard frame hitting add-ons, I've gotten her running at between 80 and 120 frames.

Now I need to figure out how to get rid of the Lego look.
Kyle Hatch (genius) pointed me to water and showed me how to drink earlier, but me being the "preventive maint" guy that I am, I upgraded my drivers. Now NVidia Inspector has no option to tweak the settings, and the NVidia Control Panel not only has less settings to tweak, but at least one still lets FS9 have control over the setting.
I want to take care of these things before I start to re-install my liveries.

I'm thinking about going back to an earlier driver.

Any suggestions?

Gigabyte GA-880GM-D2H motherboard
AMD AthlonII X2 processor
2 sticks of 1066 DDR3 dual channel memory for a total of 4gb (then a 1gb flash with speed boost, I think that's too cool biggrin )
an EVGA NVidia 210 Gpraphics Adapter with 1gb onboard

and Win 7 Home Premium (64bit)

It was with the same rig (but WinXP 32bit) that I had beautiful smooth lines, but 14FPS. slitwrist

Is there something out there that would give me this kind of control for the newer drivers: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/324786-nvidia-configuration-guide-inspector-2xxxx-drivers-version-20-explanations-of-all-settings/

You should be able to use Nvidia Inspector with the new drivers. I thought that I needed to wait until a new version came out after upgrading drivers to run BF3, but that wasn't the case. You should be able to go back in and reset the settings in NI and apply them and it should work.

I actually found out that turning off UAC doesn't negate the need to "run as administrator."
