I have intermittent stuttering in 2004. I have a GeForce 9800GT and one min ill get good frame rates consistently and the other i get good framerates with massive stuttering. Ive done all i think i can for my config files. My GPU temps are good. My CPU load is only 40-50%. I dont know what else to do. I have windows 7 64bit. AMD Phenom II X4 955 with 3.2 GHz with 4 GB ram. If anyone have any suggestions or advice I would appreciate it thanks
