Alright PC hardware experts, I have a quick question for you.

I've been looking at heatsinks for my AMD Phenom II x4 965 for a long time, at least 2 years. My first intention back then was to get the Prolimatech Megahalems here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835242001 for around $70, but just tonight, I found this one, Spire Thermax Eclipse II http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=2521 . I have never heard of this company and it's not on Newegg so I can't get reviews from a broad audience, only what's available on review websites. It's ranked at Number 1 on FrostyTech, but that isn't enough to convince me. However, it's listed as $55 there, but I haven't actually found it elsewhere to buy it to compare prices. Does anyone know which of these are the better option for OCing, or would you recommend something different? I'm not ready to invest in water cooling since it seems pretty costly and I don't think I'd have time to put it together with my newborn. I just want something quick and easy to install and get going. Ideas?
