How do you get the Fleet 777 to fly the flight plan in the GPS. Like other Fleet planes, there is a NAV/GPS toggle switch. help!

I haven't flown the Fleet T7 in quite some time, but I believe the NAV/GPS switch is located on the pedestal. It's pretty small and easy to miss.

In the new panel, there is no GPS/NAV switch. Just turn on LNAV to follow a flightplan.

The above method is used on all payware airceaft. However, if you get rated in the 747 the RFP (Ready For Pushback 747-200) uses your method (i.e., Nav/GPS switch). In those days they didn't have a GPS so there was an INS (Inertial Nav System) which allowed 3 Nav points to be entered at a time. That was a rather laborious process, and one that required constant updates on long flights. So I cheat and use the GPS. wink

On the overhead panel, top left, it's labelled 'GPS'
