Hey everyone! i'm finally able to fly again!

However, I'm running into some difficulties.... Apparently, all my folders I have are only read-only folders, and it's not wanting to change. is there any way I can fix this? I can't add any aircraft or scenery until this changes, it looks like.

I am guessing you are using windows 7? If so you have to set the permissions and or run as administrator. I avoided this by turning off my UAC. Don't know if simply turning it off will do the trick. I had my UAC turned off before I installed FSX. Hopefully someone else has better knowledge of this than me.

I turned off the UAC, and now it's not giving me the problem! Thank you! biggrin

*and yes, I forgot to mention, but I am running Win 7.
