Okay, for all of those who are as inept at computer related issues as myself, here is a great resource for you:

If you are having issues with FSInn, simply uninstall FSInn and FSCopilot, and reinstall them PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS PAGE. If you install them as stated, it will fix 99.9% of the problems you will have. The other .1% can be solved by reading through the topics in the "Members Helping Members" section.
I was having ALL SORTS of problems with voice communications on FSInn... so, I followed these steps, and magically, all the problems went away.
It's amazing what proper installation will do for you.
