Until the time comes for Airbus X V2 (SID's, STAR's, VNAV/LNAV, etc.), how do you fly these SID's and STAR's on the Airbus? Especially into Atlanta? I can't seem to get the hang of it!

I think you should input the waypoints on the SID charts followed by each other, and add altitude and speed restrictions to them based on the real ones.
