Hello all,

So i finally caved and bought the Vol. 2 airbuses. Bloody thing does a CTD every time I exit FS. Vol. 1 used to do that but the evolution upgrade stopped that. Does anyone know of a fix? Cause i'm starting to feel like I just wasted 45 bucks...

Using Win7/64Bit. ATI Radeon HD 5570, 8GB sys RAM etc...

Don't think its a PC issues as much as the software..

Any help is greatly appreciated

Cristian

Just have to ask: A CTD when you exit FS? Isn't that kind of what you were trying to do anyway? (Sorry - just had to wink)

But: Doing a quick search I see some people fixing the CTD issues by updating to the latest AIRAC. Have you tried that?

Haha while true, it is a tiny convenience...I can't help but think that's not good for FS or the PC...plus sometimes it resets my control assignments to my yoke (which is a pain to reenter). I also tried google but I didn't really yeild any answers...least not to fs9. I'll go hit navigraph and see what may happen

I remember having a problem similar to this. It had something to do with the gauge files. Try reinstalling and see if that fixes it.

All my wilco products CTD on exit. They just do that. Also, the reviews on evolution were terrible. From what I can tell, only buy the old version, and even then maybe pass it up. There are some other good products coming on line soon (new airbus x, fyi stay away from the current version it's awful) and one other I can't remember that shows a lot of promise.

Yeah the vol.1 narrowbodies work beautifully thanks to evolution...no more CTD on exit. the 737 works just fine as well. But i clearly washed away some money here. So definitely done with them...i think overland will have to do for now!
